The amount of people needed becomes so huge that spillover becomes unreasonable and new referrals will drop out due to impatience because the matrix is just too large to fill.

Another reason being that most people don't have the proper training, the proper materials, or even the proper people to work with and go to for help and guidance. Think about it, when you start a job, you will get some kind of training, either your prior education or training the company gives you. Works the same way with an online business. You NEED training and guidance.

Introducing The TeamWork Revolution Power System!

This system has been specifically designed to NOT ONLY help you put money in your pocket and fast, but also to give you all the resources you need to become an expert at this business!

James Al-Oboudi was one of the top Marketers in GDI and he's put all of his knowledge into his very own ebook for you to use all of his marketing strategies. Not to mention the massive amount of resources that he is going to make sure YOU have access too.

So, you have resources, you're making money, now you need the support of your coworkers and others that can help you. Well, you are in luck, because you will get that too. We have hundreds of talented marketers that have been brought into this program for the sole purpose of teaching YOU!

Plus, remember how those rather large matrices are hard to keep new referrals in? Well not in this program, here James has created a program with a very low amount of referrals needed to fill your matrix, but with a HUGE Profit!

Check it out...

http://twrpowersystem.us

What You Get From TeamWork Revolution

Company Features

Low And Affordable $10 Monthly Membership Fee

5x6 Systematic Cooperative Compensation Program

80% Direct Payout Compensation Plan

$2 Payout Per Person on First and Sixth Levels

Systematic Even Spread of Spillover

Dynamic Company Profit Distribution Plan

Monthly Bonuses

Free Rotator

Full and Free Access to Co-founder James Al-Oboudi's Marketing Strategies

See All Paid And Unpaid Downline Members

Ability to View your Sponsor's Information

Active Support Forum

Company Products

Quality Web Hosting including:
700MB of Space
Unlimited Bandwidth
Unlimited FTP Accounts
Unlimited Email Accounts
Unlimited SQL Databases
Unlimited Subdomains
Up to 100 Parked Domains
Up to 100 Addon Domains
...and a Company provided Site Builder

Company Benefits

Online Conference Rooms:
You'll be granted access to TWR's Online Conference rooms and receive training on how to use them to help your business thrive.

Live Training Sessions:
TWR provides live training (webinars) in their online conference rooms on marketing, website design, computer basics, and many other business related subjects. Because it is indeed a revolutionary system founded on the selfless mentality of true teamwork, that will completely out-perform any online affiliate marketing system available - not only through the amazing compensation plan offered, but also through the even more incredible service and support provided by the TeamWork Revolution or TWR family.

I'm sure you've heard all the big talk from other programs out there, but when you come to learn who has created this program, and why it's been created, you'll start to see why it's different from anything else and is indeed a breakthrough in the industry. At TWR, they have developed every single aspect of their program to serve you first and them last. They've gone out of their way to make this program as supportive as possible while continually putting the interests of their members first. They have done everything they can to dramatically slash their profits to pay you as much as possible through an 80% direct payout, 10% indirect payout through support positions they place in your downline for you, a bonus program for personal referrals, and their free rotator. They pride themselves on being selfless servants of their members, and they always look out for the little guy, because they themselves were once the little guys, and they know what it's like to be lost in a sea of endless affiliate programs and money making systems that are all saying the same thing - or even worse, lying to rip people off through a system that only serves it's founders, creators, and owners.

TeamWork Revolution's co-owner and co-founder is James Al-Oboudi, formerly one of the top performing sponsors worldwide for Global Domains International (GDI) until he decided he no longer wished to promote their company, as he longed to create a system that truly, selflessly served its members by generously rewarding them for all of their hard work. In less than three months with GDI, James was already ranked second in the entire world, and he got there without spending a dime on marketing. Much of his success came from exposing very fraudulent programs that were built up on a great deal of hype from clever marketing but left their members struggling to make money, leaving the vast majority of them with less money than they began with, while the creators of the system became extremely wealthy. There are few things in life that give him more pleasure than exposing those who prey upon the weakened state of others who are simply seeking a helping hand.

If there is one thing James wants you to be sure of, it is that he is adamantly opposed to deception, which is why he's so insistent on exposing corruption among various affiliate programs, or even among individual sponsors who promote them. He has even taken this so far as to expose the corrupt behavior of those who he has personally worked with and stood to gain a great deal of money from, as doing right onto others will ALWAYS be more important to him than making money. He says his brain just isn't wired in a way that allows him to deceive people, and he honestly can't comprehend how people who are lying to, cheating, and robbing others can live with themselves. He says he will never understand it, and quite frankly, he never wants to understand it, so you can be certain that TeamWork Revolution is founded on nothing other than pure truth, and truth is all you will ever receive from them, as they are committed to operating with the highest of ethical standards.

Because of his desire to only work with a reliable and trustworthy company, James chose GDI, which is indeed a reputable company. However, despite his enormous and very rapid success with GDI, he soon began to wonder if something else could be created to serve it's members better, which lead him and his partners to create TeamWork Revolution.

One concept James was certain he wished to utilize was a forced matrix. For those of you who are not familiar with what a forced matrix is, here is a brief explanation: A forced matrix allows you to only have a certain number of people in your first level. With TeamWork Revolution, that number is five. After 5 people have been placed in your first level, whether through your own efforts, through spillover, through the company support positions, or through the free rotator, every person who enters your downline is placed under those people in your first level. The same rule applies to everyone in your downline. After each of them have gained five people in their first level, everyone who enters their downline after that, is placed under those in their first level. This process continues until the entire six level downline is full, so, as you can see, everyone is working together to force the downline to fill up; hence the term "forced matrix."

This is a brilliant system that not only keeps everyone motivated to continually market the business, but also dramatically increases the retention rate (less people quit). Motivation and retention rates are two major problems with programs that don't offer forced matrices. As successful as James personally was with GDI, he couldn't help but notice that most people struggled to promote it and sign up people. Because of this, it was very hard for people to stay motivated, and while he personally had a very high retention rate for his downline, he was repeatedly informed by other GDI sponsors that their retention rate was very low. Actually, the overwhelming vast majority of affiliate marketing programs have very low retention rates, but this is a problem that can be dramatically improved throughout the wonderful team effort effect that a forced matrix creates. However, forced matrices are by no means the Holy Grail of affiliate marketing. Without many other support factors, forced matrices still offer very low retention rates. This is proven everyday, and many of you can attest to this.

While you can find plenty of forced matrix programs out there, you can't find any other companies that dramatically cut into their own profits with an 80% direct payout, 10% indirect payout through company support positions, for a total 90% payout compensation plan that also offers a generous bonus program and a free rotator like TeamWork Revolution does, which allows for a program that brings their members into profit faster than any other company while providing a $35,000 monthly income once the matrix is full.

Furthermore, because of TWR's desire to create a system that eliminates competition and the inevitable malicious behavior that comes with it, TWR's partners were insistent upon creating a forced matrix system that allows everyone to create as many accounts as they'd like under whomever they'd like, whenever they'd like. They are totally committed to creating a competition-free zone where everyone is working together to reach financial freedom for life. You see, in programs that only allow you to create one account, if you want to create another account under someone else, you have to completely give up your downline to do so. Basically, unless you're willing to give up your downline, you're stuck where you are and can't receive the help of any other sponsor.

What this does is create an incredibly competitive environment, which inevitably gives rise to malicious acts among sponsors who are all trying to destroy each other to preserve their own ability to sign up people. James is sad to say that he saw a great deal of this in his time at the top of GDI's leader board. If GDI utilized a forced matrix and allowed their members to create multiple accounts under anyone they want, whenever they want, there would be no need for competition, nor would there be a need to try to destroy anyone's business. If you saw someone rapidly becoming successful with the business, you could simply create a new account under that person and not only benefit from having him or her as a sponsor and learning all you can from that person (while at the same time helping his or her downline grow), but because of the "spillover" effect created by the forced matrix, you could also receive free sign-ups from your sponsor's ability to recruit people. However, with many companies, this is not the case, and malicious competition for sign ups is always the result.

James has said that there are many things in this life that he is willing to fight for, but getting rich will never be one of them, which is why he's so happy to share this supportive, selfless, and team-oriented system with you. Are you aware that if all the world's wealth was evenly distributed among every person in the human race, we would all have about $13,000,000? There is plenty of money for all of us to make, so there is simply no need for greed and competition. Those at TeamWork Revolution believe in supporting each other and sharing the wealth.

Now, you can definitely find other forced matrix systems that allow you to create multiple accounts under whomever you wish, but again, you can't find any with an 80% direct payout, 10% indirect payout through company support positions for a total 90% payout compensation plan that also offers a generous bonus program and a free rotator like TeamWork Revolution does, which allows all members to enter into profit faster than any other company while ultimately achieving a $35,000 monthly income from one full matrix.

Because of all these features, TWR feels completely confident in describing themselves as TeamWork Revolution, as they believe they have truly raised the bar for selflessness in the business world, and they are trying very hard to revolutionize the world of affiliate marketing by creating a completely team-oriented system, free of malicious competition, that is totally dedicated to paying its members as much as possible while not only offering extremely powerful marketing techniques for free, but also drastically cutting into their own profits to pay you as much as possible, help build your business for you through company support positions and their free rotator, and reward your hard work through their bonus program. If you know anything about the affiliate marketing world, you can clearly see that this is indeed something very special.

I hope you can now see why TeamWork Revolution is indeed a breakthrough new program designed to help all participants liberate themselves financially for the rest of their lives through this system of selfless devotion to members and a team-oriented environment that eliminates competition to help everyone equally prosper.

While tirelessly working around the clock to serve others, the TeamWork Revolution partners were magnetically drawn together by a common bond. That bond is the sincere desire to help others. It is their passion to help people in need, to help people who face the same challenges they face, that has inspired the creation of TeamWork Revolution. Therefore, TWR will always be a place where people from all walks of life, with any level of experience, can come to find all the help they could ever hope for and the most generous financial compensation plan and even distribution of wealth found throughout the business world.

If you've had enough of slaving away to earn even the smallest profit, if you're sick and tired of working like an animal to make someone else rich, if you're fed up with the competitive, and often times malicious, nature of the affiliate marketing and MLM world, feel free to join the TeamWork Revolution family and allow them to embrace you with open arms and do everything in their power to help you reach your financial goals.

The Power of Friend Referral - Tell a Friend

Each day webmasters have the recurring dilemma on how to increase the flow of traffic to their websites. During the past few years many methods have been developed to solve this predicament. While most of them would work, there are others that would not make even a small impact.

One of the methods that spawned much success in driving traffic to websites is viral marketing. Viral marketing makes use of the tendency of people to share something they find informative, entertaining or amazing.

Companies bank on this behavior to spread their products and increase the popularity of their company or their website. Viral marketing makes use of different mediums in enticing this behavior. It might be in the form of an interesting story, an addicting flash game, an amusing video or many other things that could catch a persons interest.

This incredible type of marketing is typically low cost and is a wonderful tool for any company to utilize. The benefit greatly overshadows the cost or efforts to initialize this marketing scheme. Any website would greatly benefit from viral marketing.

Tell A Friend Script

Probably the easiest method in viral marketing is using a tell a friend script. This is a script that you can attach to the programming of your website. Generally, tell a friends script are installed in pages where a media is placed so that a person can easily send the media to any of their friends.

The basic concept of a tell a friend script is: a script wherein a person may input his name, e-mail address, the recipients e-mail address and send the media to the intended recipient much like an e-mail with an attachment. As the recipient receives the e-mail he wouldnt think of the mail as spam mail because he would see the senders name as someone he or she knows and trust.

Using a tell a friend script eliminates greatly the chances of being blocked because they use the information inputted by the sender. This allows for wider spreading of this marketing method. It can be quite sneaky but it is very effective.

When the email is opened by the recipient, the media will either be read, viewed or played. Along with the mail would be a brief description of the company or site that sponsors the media sent. This allows for the introduction of either the site, company name or its products. There is another tell a friend script with this product.

As more people use the tell a friend script, more and more people will know of the existence of the sponsoring company or site. People who read the ads inside the mail and like what they see will click on the link and visit the site. This drives traffic into the site resulting in potential customers.

Tell A Friend Script Availability

A tell a friend script is very simple and does not require a complicated method of programming. In fact, you can copy paste a script and simply put it on an intended page. Finding one is even simpler. All you have to do is go to a search engine and type in the search box tell a friend script then press enter or click go.

In the search results page you will see many links that direct you to a site where you can get a tell a friend script. It would just be a simple matter of looking and searching for the script and copying it to your intended web page.

With a tell a friend script viral marketing strategy, you can drive traffic into your site which could potentially spell profits. This is a simple harmless script that offers great benefits for low cost paired with great creativity and foresight.

It is imperative that you have patience in using a tell a friend script. If your chosen media doesn't get the mileage that is expected of it, it may take some time before it gets spread or shared. But surely many people will see your ads and there is great probability that they will visit your site increasing your traffic flow.

Going Crazy Choosing An Opportunity?

Let’s face it - we are bombarded with way too many online money making opportunities out there. It has come to a point where we don’t know which one to choose.
Haven’t you noticed that almost every opportunity on the internet boasts that they’re the best option, with the best products and the best compensation plans? Well, with everyone saying they’re the best, how do you make an informed decision?

When you do your own research about some of these companies or opportunities, you may find a lot of videos of people who have joined, and have made a lot of money. You might find videos of some members of the companies showing proof that they have made it.

Naturally you would believe it, and you join yourself. A few months later, you notice that you’re not even doing half as good as they are. In fact, a majority of people don’t make money at all.

Have you ever asked yourself the question as to why this is?

The fact is, the people making the money are heavy hitters who’ve been in the industry for a long time. They have established their own network of people who follow them into each new opportunity they promote.

What’s left is a huge number of unfortunate, inexperienced people spending money instead of making money at the mercy of these heavy hitters.

What you really need to do is learn from normal people who’ve made it, and willingly share how they actually did it.

You need to find ordinary single parents, work at home moms, people who have lost their jobs and finding their way out by making an income online.

I was fortunate enough to meet such a person.

After losing his job, and needing to take care of his son as a single parent, he was desperately finding a way to earn an income from home.

He didn’t wake up one day wanting to become an online business owner. He had to do it out of necessity due to his circumstances.

The person I mean is James Al-Oboudi, who became the number 2 top recruiter in the world from a reputable online company in only 3 months after losing his job.

This is the type of person you should be following. This is the type of person you should be learning from.

James had the realization that there are many people, perhaps even including you, that are struggling to make money.

This realization brought him to form a company called TeamWork Revolution. This company was formed with the mindset to help the majority of people who have been lied to when it comes to making money online.

In fact, James is even sharing a comprehensive report of all the things he did to become one of the top income earners on the Internet.

TeamWork Revolution even gives away free money to random members of the company by the use of free affiliate link rotators, and spillover.

If you’re serious enough to start clean and make money online, I would highly recommend to do a little bit of research on James, and TeamWork Revolution.

Find out the mentality and the driving factor behind this company. I’m sure you’ll be satisifed with your results.

New Kid on the Block

TeamWork Revolution recently launched the newest and perhaps the best multi-level marketing system available on the Internet. If you don't have the recipient's permission to send them e-mail... you're theoretically sending spam. And spending spam is against the law. If you want e-mail marketing to work for you, don't buy e-mail lists, or compile lists. Being a spammer does nothing good to for your business.

2. Poor Content. If you have a lot of ads in your e-mails, people will delete. If you send e-mails frequently, but have nothing new to share, people will unsubscribe. You want your messages to hold interesting, relevant and topical information.

3. Poor Editing. Bad grammar, incorrect spelling, dead links ... you probably hate getting messages with such errors as much as the next person. So make sure you're marketing material has NONE.

4. Too Much Work. Don't make your readers work hard to get anything done. If they have to fill out lots of forms, provide too much information, do a lot of click-through ... yeah, just think of what you would do: Close the window and not bother to subscribe.

5. "From" Who? If you're "from" line is not that of the exact company or newsletter your subscribers signed up for, they will instantly think it's more spam. You should make sure the "subject" line relates to the newsletter or service you're providing as well.

6. Rough Landing. You don't want customers to go straight to a shopping cart when they click on a link in your e-mail. Nor do you want them going straight to the home page. Make sure the landing page your readers go to relates to whatever your e-mail message is about. Don't make them search; make sure the link lands them exactly where you want them to be.

The power is in the list if you are not already building a list of your own, get started TODAY!!!

Attracting Leads to Your Blog

Most businesses that want to increase their sales will do so by buying advertising with compelling, and creative content. This is how it has been done for years, and it seems to work. Current statistics show that over half of print ad material advertising is not profitable because most consumers do not take the time to read it. If the advertising campaign attracts leads into your business, and you generate some sales, and the advertising is not too expensive, then it kind-of works out in the end.

In fact, most print media advertising is a waste. If for every $1 you spend you don’t get more than $1 back into your business over the long term then it is a waste. If your current advertising campaign does not have a way to track the number of leads, or sales volume that is being generated for your business, then it is worse than a waste, it could actually be doing real damage to your business.

As entrepreneurs, we get conditioned into doing things that are established practices. We follow traditional methods, like Yellow Page ads, trade journals, perhaps an ad in a coupon book, or an ad in the local newspapers. What we forget as business owners is the viewpoint of the customer, what it is like to be bombarded with these messages. There is so much junk in the marketplace, so many sales messages, and so much interruption to our lives that we are blanking it out more and more from our collective consciousness in order to just get through the day.

The solution is to change our approach from selling to attracting.

Instead of using old traditional sales methods of getting in your leads’ faces, find ways to have them come to you, happy, pre-sold and credit card in hand.
Consider how people find products and services online. They turn to Google, they search for what they are hunting for, they do their research, make a decision, and either make a call or put in their credit card number.

Creative content answers your customers’ questions, and solves their problems. It gives them what they want and need using the words and language they want to hear. By listening to your prospective leads intently, you will be well placed to attract more leads that are looking for exactly what you have to offer.

Providing Content and Value

As entrepreneurs, we are not looking for just a one-time sale. We want a long-term relationship filled with happy, loyal customers. All too often we don’t get the sale on the first visit. Prospective leads need some warming up. They need to trust and believe that we can deliver on our promises, and perhaps they have been burned in the past.

This is a key reason why blogs provide an ideal business platform for building relationships with potential leads. Rather than plugging away at your prospective leads with sales pitches, you can offer them valuable tips, news, and information. Instead of hitting delete or hanging up the phone, they begin to look forward to hearing from you! The relationship changes and you demonstrate expertise and grow trust through regular, useful communication.

If you master the technique of attracting leads to your business, not only will you convert more sales, you will have ongoing sales and keep them loyal for a long time.

Be Real With Your Message

Your approach to blogging has to be natural and real. Your message has to come from the heart and not from the hype. Everything involved in posting a blog is not a walk in the park. If your followers believe in what you are preaching, you will attract more followers, and they will expect to see a continuous flow of information and content from you.

The web is littered with blogs that were started in a rush of enthusiasm and then abandoned. People forget that it takes consistent effort and sustained creativity to keep a blog going. This is why businesses often hire freelance bloggers or coaches to keep the momentum going and share some of the load. A successful blog doesn’t happen overnight, but then neither does a successful business.

Another aspect to be aware of is that anyone who puts his or her thoughts out onto the Internet is going to attract criticism. The Internet will increasingly be talking about any content you post to your blog. Make sure you can always back up the information that is posted to your blog with facts and solid content that you have collected over the years. It’s always best to be prepared to answer criticism early and effectively rather than let tempers and emotions take over.

Blog Checklist for Success

Here are some tips for establishing a better business blog:

· Put your customer first. Do not focus on the sale or what you want or need, what’s more important is what does your customers want and need. Do keyword research, talk to prospective leads, and answer their questions.
· Prioritize value and content over hype. People often say to me that they can’t blog because they are not brilliant writers. It doesn’t matter! What counts is offering something of value. People will forgive small writing issues if you do not waste their time, plus writing gets better with practice.
· Do not provide too much content. Blogging can get addictive or turn into a big time suck. Provide content on the subject matter that will cover approximately 5 to 6 paragraphs, and is of value to the customer.
· Find the social network sites where your prospective leads hang out. Rather than links, comments and trackbacks, we discover new people to follow through replies, both to you and to others. If someone replies to me with an interesting comment, or if someone I am following has an interesting conversation with someone I haven’t discovered, I am more likely to follow them. People who would otherwise go unnoticed in the blogosphere have found attention far more efficiently in the Twittersphere.

This is even more pronounced when you get noticed by the Twitter movers and shakers. As in the blog world where an A-List link can boost your subscriber count, this happens much more often on Twitter. Tweets are cheap, it isn’t a big deal to fire off a message, compared to writing up a blog post, so a conversation with a big named Tweeter can drive hundreds of follows with little effort or risk on either side.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 74px; border: 0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_JLc1pvIb6BU/SWvuX7riJrI/AAAAAAAAADI/visr3sibe_g/s200/twitter.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5290584282201466546" />
There is also the “reciprocal follow” where someone follows you so you follow them back. It doesn’t happen all the time but it is virtually unheard of in blogging.

In the case of personal blogging, Twitter has mostly taken a big chunk of the action. Before we would subscribe to the feed of people we wanted to stay in touch with. Family, friends, or just people who we found interesting. Twitter now provides the same role, with the bonus of immediacy of updates and instant interaction.

Is Your Business Giving You Panic Attacks?

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 0px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 148px; height: 147px; border: 0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_JLc1pvIb6BU/SWveEl-SDoI/AAAAAAAAACI/rd-Oenrsi-U/s200/panic+attack+relief_red.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5290566357770964610" />
You can’t face the future until you control your fears, and that’s the NUMBER ONE problem most entrepreneurs have that holds them back from the success they deserve.

Fear of not growing. Fear of missing out. Fear of failure. And yes, even the seemingly silly (yet ever-so-present) fear of success! (And that’s really a fear of the unknown, or a fear of things not staying the same… a fear of leaving the comfort zone.)

Now, IF you struggle with fear, anxiety, panic, or worry, I found a site that will really help you out. Banish your fears by clicking here.

Whether it be passing fears that force you not to act, or full-blown panic attacks, this site has some valuable advice (at least sign up for the free e-course. I just read the first lesson and the tips are something you can use for the rest of your life!)

Most of us do have fears on some level that we deal with on a daily basis.

So fears are normal, but if they hold you back, you need to face them and overcome them…

Still, that might not be the case for you. If you do NOT struggle with those things at all, then congratulations… and you DO NOT need to go to that site. It’s only for people with fear, anxiety, worry, or panic issues.

This topic is one of the most fascinating things that rules our lives.

So, if this is something you are experiencing in your life; here's the link again: http://panicaway.com.

More Ways To Get Traffic To Your Website

The main reason for building a website or creating a blog is in hopes of either making money or getting people to read what you have to say.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 0px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 161px; border: 0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_JLc1pvIb6BU/SWvf4bWAe2I/AAAAAAAAACQ/VfGbfFc1lmg/s200/webtraffic.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5290568347782511458" />
In order to do either we need website visitors. Whenever the business model is based on content, and if you blog for money then the model is based on content, people are taught to either start as reporters, or if possible step up as experts.

I’ll be frank; you want to be the expert.

Reporters leverage the content of the experts and in most cases people start off as reporters because they haven’t established expertise. Experts enjoy the perks of preeminence, higher conversion rates because of perceived value, it’s easier to get publicity, people are more likely to seek you out rather than you having to seek others out, joint ventures come easier, etc… experts in most cases simply make more money and attract more attention.

Most Bloggers Are Reporters

The thing with expertise is that it requires something - experience. No person becomes an expert without doing things and learning. Bloggers usually start out without expertise and as a result begin their blogging journey by talking about everything going on in their niche (reporting) and by interviewing and talking about other experts (reporting again).

There’s nothing wrong with reporting of course and for many people it’s a necessity at first until you build up some expertise. Unfortunately the ratios are pretty skewed when it comes to reporters and experts - there are a lot more reporters than there are experts, hence reporters tend to struggle to gain attention and when they do, they often just enhance the reputation of the expert they are reporting on.

Don’t Replicate Your Teacher

If you have ever spent some time browsing products in the learn Internet marketing niche you will notice a pattern. Many people first study Internet marketing from a “guru” (for lack of a better term). The guru teaches how he or she is able to make money online, and very often the view that the student gleams is that in order to make money online you have to teach others how to make money online.

The end result of this process is a huge army of amateurs attempting to replicate what their teacher does in the same industry - the Internet marketing industry - not realizing that without expert status based on a proven record and all the perks that come with it, it’s next to impossible to succeed.

Even people, who enjoy marginal success, say for example growing an email list of 1,000 people, then go out and launch a product about how to grow an email list of 1,000 people. Now I have no problems with that, I think it’s fine to teach beginners and leverage whatever achievements you have, the problem is that people gravitate to the same niche - Internet marketing - and rarely have any key points of differentiation.

How many products out there do you know of that all claim to teach the same things - email marketing, SEO, pay per click, affiliate marketing, and all the sub-niches that fall under the category of Internet marketing. It’s a saturated market, yet when you see your teachers and other gurus making money teaching others how to make money (and let’s face it - making money as a subject is one of the most compelling) - your natural inclination is to follow in their footsteps.

If the key is to become an expert and you haven’t spent the last 5-10 years making money online, I suggest you look for another niche to establish expertise in.

Report on Your Process, Not Others

The secret to progress from reporter to expert is not to focus on other experts and instead report on your own journey. When you are learning how to do something and implementing things day by day, or studying other people’s work, you need to take your process and what you do as a result of what you learn, and use it as content for your blog.

It’s okay to talk about experts when you learn something from them, but always relate it to what you are doing. If you learn a technique from an expert it’s fine to state you learned it from them (and affiliate link to their product too!) but you should then take that technique, apply it to what you are doing and then report back YOUR results, not there’s. Frame things using your opinion - your stories - and don’t regurgitate what the expert said. The key is differentiation and personality, not replication.

Expertise comes from doing things most people don’t do and then talking about it. If you do this often enough you wake up one day as an expert, possibly without even realizing how it happened, simply because you were so good at reporting what you did.

You Are Already An Expert

Most people fail to become experts (or perceived as experts) because they don’t leverage what they already know. Every person who lives a life learns things as they go, takes action every day and knows something about something. The reason why they never become an expert is because they choose not to (which is fine for some, not everyone wants to be an expert), but if your goal is to blog your way to expertise and leave the world of reporting behind you have to start teaching and doing so by leveraging real experience.

Experience can come from what you do today and what you have done previously; you just need to take enough steps to demonstrate what you already know and what you are presently learning along your journey. I know so many people in my life, who are experts simply by virtue of the life they have lived, yet they are so insecure about what they know, they never commit their knowledge to words for fear of…well fear.

Blogs and the Web in general, are amazing resources when you leverage them as a communication tool to spread your expertise because of the sheer scope of people they can reach. If all you ever do is talk to people in person and share your experience using limited communication mediums, you haven’t much hope of becoming an expert. Take what you know and show other people through blogging, and you might be surprised how people change their perception of you in time.

Reporting Is A Stepping Stone

If your previous experience and expertise is from an area you want to leave behind or you are starting from “scratch”, then reporting is the path you must walk, at least for the short term.

Reporting is a lot of fun. Interviewing experts, talking about what other people are doing and just being part of a community is not a bad way to blog. In many cases people make a career of reporting (journalism is about just that), but if you truly want success and exponential results, at some point you will have to stand up and proclaim yourself as someone unusually good at something and then proceed to demonstrate it over and over again.

Have patience and focus on what you do to learn and then translate that experience into lessons for others, and remember, it’s okay to be a big fish in a small pond, that’s all most experts really are.

For More Info on Blogging, CLICK HERE

Three Categories of Internet Marketing to Consider

Internet marketing has grown exponentially since it’s inception in 1994, as more and more people around the world start an online business either to earn some extra cash or to become work-at-home entrepreneurs to escape the rigors, stress and limitations of corporate existence.

And as 2009 dawns, the prospects for making money online through Internet marketing have never been brighter. While much of the offline world languishes through the Great Recession, those doing business online will still see growth this year with more people making money online through Internet marketing than ever before!

In terms of starting a business online, your first choice has to be what area of Internet marketing you want to begin with. For all intents and purposes, their are three different main categories to consider…

The easiest, and usually quickest way to start making money online is Affiliate Marketing. <img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 183px; height: 200px; border: 0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_JLc1pvIb6BU/SWvmlm-DDCI/AAAAAAAAACo/p5b1h1D-MME/s200/make-money.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5290575721067121698" />This is usually the first step for Internet marketing since you don’t need your own products, can get started with a very low investment, and can often start bringing in the first profits in a relatively short time. To start affiliate marketing, a blog, an autoresponder and a method to collect opt-in subscribers is usually all that’s required at first.

Next up is Mainstream Internet Marketing, which is best described as teaching people to market online, and selling them the tools and resources to accomplish this. <img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 149px; border: 0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_JLc1pvIb6BU/SWvnzXOFDcI/AAAAAAAAAC4/VCCqZUrOCnU/s200/internetmarketing.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5290577056869191106" />But be warned - this is probably the most competitive area of doing business online, and you’re competing directly with people who are expert marketers both online and offline.

Starting an Internet marketing business requires expertise - either your own or some purchased - such as products with resell rights or materials you outsource (have ghostwritten for you). And again, you’ll need a blog, an autoresponder to send out your e-zine and e-courses, and at least one, though probably many, websites.

The third option, Niche Marketing, is usually the next step for those starting out with affiliate marketing, but you can choose to start off with it too. <img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 197px; border: 0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_JLc1pvIb6BU/SWvlc5ELNwI/AAAAAAAAACg/oB597YwHqUs/s200/niche.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5290574471794210562" />Niche marketing refers to specializing in products - tangible goods or digital downloads - that appeal to people in one specific niche, or area of interest. Popular niches to market to include travel, pets, health & fitness, kids, music, sports, etc.

If you have a hobby or passtime you love, chances are you’ll stay more interested and motivated with your niche marketing than if you pick a field you know little about or have no great interest in. Again you can create or purchase your products to sell online, and the main tools to start out with are the same - your blog and autoresponder, plus a site or salespage and lead-capture pages.

Take a bit of time to research each of the three areas, then decide on your initial area of focus and jump right in. There are a great number of us earning a comfortable living online through Internet marketing, and our ranks are growing daily… Shouldn’t YOU be pursuing your dreams and working toward YOUR dream lifestyle too?

More On Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing is Internet Marketing that allows websites to share traffic and revenue using banner and text advertisements. Merchants who sell goods and services online pay commissions to website owners (Affiliates) for sending traffic to their site. Affiliates can earn and are paid commissions when one of the following events occur:

Cost Per Sale (CPA)

A visitor referred by the Affiliate purchases goods and services from the Merchant. This payment structure is referred to as - cost-per-sale or cost per acquisition (CPA).

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

A visitor referred by the Affiliate completes a form on the Merchants website. This payment structure is referred to as - cost per lead (CPL).

Cost Per Click (CPC)

A visitor to the Affiliates website clicks on a Merchant's banner and visits the Merchant's website. This payment structure is referred to as - cost per click (CPC).

It's important to choose wisely. In some cases, an ad can be placed on an affiliate's website for months before a potential customer "clicks" or purchases something. If the commission is only pennies, this can lead to a frustrating relationship. Both the affiliate and the merchant are well advised to ensure the relationship will be mutually beneficial.

Affiliate marketing is considered one of the best ways to earn money online. If this is an avenue you wish to pursue, you'd be well advised to research each merchant thoroughly. After that, there's not much else to do except wait for the profits to roll in!

Words to Live By...

This isn't directly related to Internet Marketing but it is sound advice and can be applied to it and is a useful application for all life's activities and experiences.

1. Congratulations! How exciting! Now all you have to do is sit back and watch the business roll in, right? Not really.

Web sites, unlike other marketing tools, have to be publicized. When you write a radio commercial, you pay a radio station to run the ad. When you design a brochure, you give it away. But when you publish a Web site, you must promote it to drive in business.

An excellent way to lead people to your site is to use a specialist. But, even if you hire a search engine positioning specialist to help place you among the Top 10 on Yahoo, there are still many other ways you can promote your site... and they're effective and free!

Links
A study by the Georgia Institute of Technology (GIT) gives us proof. On one site they observed, 84 percent of visitors came in via links from other sites. Be sure you trade links with as many people as you can. You might consider a "Helpful Links" page on your site devoted to just his purpose. One word of caution—be sure the links are appropriate. Arrange to exchange links with companies that are reaching the same target audience. For example, if you are a lawn care company you might exchange links with a landscaper. Another effective idea to incorporate links into your site is a "Testimonials" page.

We all love to receive "praise letters" on our email. Ask permission to use these as testimonials on your Web site. We should be just as liberal with our praises. When you appreciate a product or service, be sure to write a note of thanks. Mention in the letter that the person (or company) is free to use your kind words as a testimonial if they will simply include your name and Web address.

Signatures
Another site observed by the GIT indicated 35 percent of visitors were brought to the site via signature files on email messages they received. Often times this feature is overlooked due to lack of knowledge.

A signature file is a feature most email programs (even free ones) offer. You may type in a message and that statement will be added at the bottom of every email you send. This saves you the time of having to type in the message repeatedly. Usually this feature is found under the heading of "Options" in the email program. One note: be sure to include the "http://" before the Web address so a link will be created for people who receive plain text emails as well as html.

Write Ups
In one instance, 62 percent of visitors came to a site through articles in newspapers and magazines. When sending out your press releases be sure to include your Web address along with other contact information. The same applies for interviews on the radio or public addresses/seminars you may offer.

Other Ways
The most simple of all ways is to tell people. Mention it in conversation. Bring it up when others discuss Web sites they have visited.

Include your Web address on all your business cards. Make it bold. If your business derives most of its revenue from sales made on the web site, be sure the Web address is on the front of the card.

When printing letterhead, include your Web address. Most Web addresses don't take up much space and can be easily incorporated along with the company's physical address and phone number.

Don't forget to mention your Web site in all your advertising efforts. Whether it be a promotional video, television commercial or brochure, make it a point to position your Web address where it is visible. For radio commercials, include it in the copy. A great way to work it in is when providing other ordering information. For example: "...visit us at 1234 Oak Street or log onto 123GetGoing.info."

Be creative! Always remember to include your Web site information in everything you do and your efforts will pay off in additional hits!

The Important Thing to Do While Promoting an Affiliate Program

If you're not building relationship with the affiliate program merchant, you're losing big time. That fact may shock you, especially because signing up with merchants, getting links and other things are all automatic nowadays.

Building an online business is all about relationship. People only buy from those they know, like and trust. That won't happen without a relationship.

When it comes to promoting affiliate products, certainly you can visit the online affiliate resource, get all the creatives you want to put on your site, email copy to send to your list, etc. All of them are available on the site ready to use.

The product owner doesn't have to know a bit about yourself. When you're big enough and making a lot of sales they will notice and perhaps contact you. However, there's no guarantee they'll do that.

Most merchants who know the power of affiliate program appreciate their affiliates as partners, but all of them are very busy recruiting more affiliates or help their best partners, i.e. super affiliates to make more money.

What you can do is introduce yourself. Let them know that you exist. That could be a very strong and effective accountability mechanism. You can't help to perform lousily if you have promised others to help them sell their products, can you?

You don't have to constantly bug them with questions that they already have listed in their site. However, perhaps you can get some information that are not available elsewhere or on the site. When they're going to launch another great products, you will know first.

Perhaps they're willing to share best converting keywords for their products if you want to promote them via pay per click. Or, they can give you examples of sites that are doing well. Not all of them will share such information but there's no harm in trying.

Successful affiliates usually can request for special treatment or higher commission. That would be more natural if you have been building the relationship with the affiliate manager.

Build the relationship. It's one of the best thing you can do for your business.

Make Money at Home - How You Can Do It
<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 225px; height: 225px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_JLc1pvIb6BU/SWlmRL2BfnI/AAAAAAAAABg/kyCkH6J7_Mk/s320/cash_stacks_100.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5289871682746547826" />
Are you interested in making money from the comfort of your own home? And, in this case, what’s good for the consumer is very good for the seller.

“For most people, direct selling is a part-time endeavor, a supplement to an already existing income,” says Amy Robinson, vice president of communications and media relations at the Direct Selling Association, a national trade group representing more than 200 companies. “It’s a couple hours per month, and in a tough economy, it offers a little extra padding to their bank account.”

Those couple of hours can add up. In fact, direct-selling revenue tends to reflect the economy, except during recessions. According to the Direct Selling Association, the direct-sales industry operates at 5% higher growth than gross domestic product when the economy contracts.

How to Attract Visitors to Your Website

TOO MANY WEB MARKETERS work on the if-you-build-it-they-will-come model. They won't. Once you build a Web site you must give them a reason to come. A Web site is a passive form of marketing: providing a signboard which points visitors to your products and services. To be most effective, a Web site should be used in conjunction with seven active forms of marketing which we will examine briefly in this article. Just how do small business people on a limited budget entice visitors to their Web site?

First, advertise your Web site to Web search engines that index the Web, such as Yahoo, Lycos, WebCrawler, and InfoSeek. The actual registration process can be deceptively simple. A service called SubmitIt! (http://www.submit-it.com) provides a way to submit information to approximately 15 of the most important indexes. If you do this late at night when Internet traffic is at its lowest, you can transmit your business's on-line address and description to all of these within three-quarters of an hour. Done right, a person who is seeking a consulting engineer in Northern California with experience in large electrical systems will quickly locate your name. Widget customers will be able to pick you out from the increasing crowd of on-line vendors.

The danger is that the untutored can construct a carelessly-written 25-word or 200-character marketing description that blows their opportunity to be seen by vast blocks of potential customers. These 25 words must be written to include the chief keywords by which customers would locate you. If you want to change your description in a month or two, it takes much longer than an hour to contact each of the services separately, and then convince or nag them into making changes.

2. Second, you must give them a good reason to come. A tried-and-true marketing approach is to offer something of value for free. A number of well-financed corporate Web sites offer an entertaining fare which changes constantly. While most small business Web marketers can't afford to compete, you can afford to offer valuable information. If you take the time to provide up-to-date information about your industry, for example, you'll find people returning again and again to your site, each time increasing their chances of doing business with you.

3. A third approach is to find industry-wide linking pages and negotiate reciprocal links to and from their Web pages. Your trade association probably lists members. Several on-line craft centers, for example, offer free links to other crafters. If you are a hotel, be sure to get a link with "All the Hotels on the Web" Consultants will seek links with The Expert Marketplace, or try for a listing in the Virtual Trade Show. The entire list can seem endless, but specific for each industry. Surf the net enough to find which are the key sites for your field, and then seek links there.

But be judicious in your use of out-going links. You've just got those people in your door; don't quickly send them away again.

4. A fourth method is to purchase Web advertising--usually a rectangle ad with a clickable link to your site on a carefully-selected, high-volume Web site. A certain percentage of their thousands of visitors will explore you Web site, and hopefully like what they find. A whole industry has sprung up to act as brokers for such ads. A couple to consider are WPRC (http://www.wprc.com) and WebConnect (http://www.webconnect.com). Small business people will need to find ways to test the effect of specific ads on the bottom line, perhaps by sending people from each ad to a different Web page "front door" so you can monitor traffic from each ad.

5. A fifth important way to let people know about your Web site is to become active in several of the thousands of Internet news groups and mailing lists. Find the groups that are most likely to be frequented by your potential customers--groups can be very narrowly targeted--and join in the discussion. You might find groups that relate to your industry by doing a bit of research with DejaNews (http://www.dejanews.com), which searches messages about particular topics or companies voiced in thousands of news groups and mailing lists.

"Lurk" for a few weeks so you understand the particular culture of the group you are targeting. Then find ways to add constructive comments to the discussion. At the bottom of each message include a "signature"--a 4- to 8-line mini-advertisement with your product, phone number, and Web address. Every time you contribute to the discussion, your mini-ad is seen by hundreds. You'll find considerable fruit this way, but like anything, it comes in response to hard work and persistence. Resist the temptation to send bulk e-mail messages to dozens of news groups--"spamming" in Internet parlance. People do it, but while it may bring customers, it doesn't offer the solid reputation and respect which will build your business in the long run.

6. Sixth, make your Web site part of one or more of the many "malls." Businesses in physical shopping malls benefit from the traffic flow of multitudes window shopping. The same can be true on-line.

Some malls only include businesses who subscribe to a particular Internet Service Provider (ISP) or pay a fee or percentage of their gross revenues. Others take any business that fits their particular criteria. Dave Taylor, for example, developed The Internet Mall (http://www.internet-mall.com/), a collection of upwards of 30,000+ businesses that meet under one roof. The mall is illusory, however, since businesses in the mall are hosted on separate ISP sites all over the world. Perhaps the largest mall, if you will, is Yahoo (http://www.yahoo.com), which doesn't charge anything, but gets its revenues through advertising. Make sure you have a good link there.

7. Finally, include your e-mail and Web addresses on all your company's print literature, stationery, and display advertising. If people believe they can find out more about your products or services by looking on-line, many will do so.

There you have it, seven important ways to increase traffic to your company's Web site. If you use most or all of these forms of marketing, the chances are that two years from now you'll be bragging about your foresight in developing a Web site when you did, rather than trashing Web marketing as just another fad where you threw good money after bad.

5 Steps To Create An Affiliate Cash Business

If you are considering entering affiliate marketing, you'd definitely want to have a solid system in place that allows you to do two things: capture leads and generate sales. Here are the 5 steps to allow you to achieve both really quickly:

Step 1 - Choose A Niche

A good niche for affiliate marketing is simply one where people are buying products, and lots of it! A niche that has plenty of repeat purchases is preferred. If your niche has lots of continuity programs like membership sites, it will be a good consideration because promoting continuity programs means a residual income every month!

Step 2 - Create A Free Offer

Create a free offer to capture leads. This can be a free report, a free audio, or a free video. This free offer should be so good that you could sell it! It's easy to create a free report.

Step 3 - Build An Opt-In Page

An opt-in page has one purpose only - to capture subscribers. It usually has a headline, some bullets explaining the benefits of your free offer and your opt-in form. You'd need an autoresponder to generate your opt-in form.

Step 4 - Send Traffic To Your Opt-In Page

Now it's time to send traffic to your opt-in page and start building your list! The ways to send traffic to my websites are: article marketing, pay-per-click marketing and forum marketing.

Step 5 - Send Follow-Up Emails

Send follow-up emails to your list with relevant affiliate offers. Remember to send quality information or your members will unsubscribe!

How To Weed Out Losing Affiliate Programs From the Start

Little things often matter a lot. We've seen it. How little contributions and actions could change a life or two. It applies to business as well.

Take affiliate marketing. Sometimes being able to know if an affiliate program is really the kind of program you'd like to do business with or otherwise is a matter of sending simple emails to see their response.

Think about it. Affiliate managers who appreciate their affiliates as associates and business partners are going to respond to emails no matter how busy they are because communication and relationship are important to them.

On the other hand, if they fail to reply to your emails repeatedly, perhaps they focus on money more than the long business opportunities that result from solid business relationship.

The best way to illustrate this by taking an example. For small affiliate program who depends on a few affiliates or joint venture partners to promote their products, often it depends solely on the kind of relationship they have with the partners.

Nowadays, anyone working from home can establish an affiliate program. What makes others spend their time and help you promote your products? Sometimes the only reason is money but more often affiliates now seek for long term business. They want you to promote their products too.

Perhaps they expect someday they'll be able to do a business project together with you. It may sound pretentious, but aren't all business relationship like that? Without such bond, affiliates are less likely to promote your products as if they are their own products.

Don't get me wrong. If they fail to reply to your email the first time, don't worry about it. I don't recommend that you judge them immediately. Many merchants receive countless numbers of emails daily and take time to sift through them and weed out the spam.

The over aggressive email filters often eat up legitimate emails too. Try sending the second email. Wait and see if they respond.

Another important thing is the message in the communication. If you ask things that are already in their web sites, sometimes that's just a waste of time for both parties. By all means respect their time. Ask good questions. They'll more likely answer those.

Network Marketing Pay Plans - Which Ones Are Best?

What’s the very BEST kind of Compensation Plan the network marketing industry has to offer? There’s nothing difficult or mysterious about figuring it out. And you don’t have to spend weeks and weeks doing arduous research on pay plans to know that it’s the right one for you. The answer may not be what you expect.

Since 96% of network marketers are Part Time people, the best comp plan had better be one that’s designed to pay those folks, wouldn’t ya say? Forget about the plans that only pay the “heavy hitters”. Chances are, you’re not in that group. Very few
You’ll want to look for a pay plan that pays you the MOST amount of money with the LEAST amount of people in your organization (downline) … Period.

Let’s say that you’re about to begin a new job …

You’d never, ever take any work and not know what you’ll make per hour or per week or per month. What you’re paid is your #1 or #2 question. Not the case in network marketing. People get into network marketing without knowing the answer to that question. They know how much they WANT, but they usually have no idea what kind of production it will take to produce the income they want. It’s not that hard to figure out, so there’s no reason not to do it. For any income goal - let’s say it’s $10,000/month - you will need a certain sales volume in your business. Find out what that is. Let’s call that X. Next, you need to find out what the average volume per current distributor is. Some people order irregularly, some people don’t order. What is the actual average monthly volume per distributor? Let’s call that Y. Just divide X by Y to know how many people you need in your business to make the income you want. If you need 400 reps to achieve $10,000 a month, you can plan how to do that. If it takes 3,000 distributors to make $10,000 a month, then you’ll need a different plan. But you can’t plan unless you know how many reps you will need.

New Bloggers Advice

In every bloggers life comes a special day - the day they first launch a new blog. Now unless you went out and purchased someone else's blog chances are your blog launched with only one very loyal reader - you. Maybe a few days later you received a few hits when you told your sister, father, girlfriend and best friend about your new blog but that''s about as far you went when it comes to finding readers.

Here are the top 10 techniques new bloggers can use to find readers. These are tips specifically for new bloggers, those people who have next-to-no audience at the moment and want to get the ball rolling.

It helps if you work on this list from top to bottom as each technique builds on the previous step to help you create momentum. Eventually once you establish enough momentum you gain what is called "traction", which is a large enough audience base (about 500 readers a day is good) that you no longer have to work too hard on finding new readers. Instead your current loyal readers do the work for you through word of mouth.

Top 10 Tips

1. Write at least five major "pillar" articles. A pillar article is a tutorial style article aimed to teach your audience something. Generally they are longer than 500 words and have lots of very practical tips or advice. This article you are currently reading could be considered a pillar article since it is very practical and a good "how-to" lesson. This style of article has long term appeal, stays current (it isn’t news or time dependent) and offers real value and insight. The more pillars you have on your blog the better.

2. Write one new blog post per day minimum. Not every post has to be a pillar, but you should work on getting those five pillars done at the same time as you keep your blog fresh with a daily news or short article style post. The important thing here is to demonstrate to first time visitors that your blog is updated all the time so they feel that if they come back tomorrow they will likely find something new. This causes them to bookmark your site or subscribe to your blog feed.

You don't have to produce one post per day all the time but it is important you do when your blog is brand new. Once you get traction you still need to keep the fresh content coming but your loyal audience will be more forgiving if you slow down to a few per week instead. The first few months are critical so the more content you can produce at this time the better.

3. Use a proper domain name. If you are serious about blogging be serious about what you call your blog. In order for people to easily spread the word about your blog you need a easily rememberable domain name. People often talk about blogs they like when they are speaking to friends in the real world (that's the offline world, you remember that place right?) so you need to make it easy for them to spread the word and pass on your URL. Try and get a .com if you can and focus on small easy to remember domains rather than worry about having the correct keywords (of course if you can get great keywords and easy to remember then you’ve done a good job!).

4. Start commenting on other blogs. Once you have your pillar articles and your daily fresh smaller articles your blog is ready to be exposed to the world. One of the best ways to find the right type of reader for your blog is to comment on other people’s blogs. You should aim to comment on blogs focused on a similar niche topic to yours since the readers there will be more likely to be interested in your blog.

Most blog commenting systems allow you to have your name/title linked to your blog when you leave a comment. This is how people find your blog. If you are a prolific commentor and always have something valuable to say then people will be interested to read more of your work and hence click through to visit your blog.

5. Trackback and link to other blogs in your blog posts. A trackback is sort of like a blog conversation. When you write a new article to your blog and it links or references another blogger's article you can do a trackback to their entry. What this does is leave a truncated summary of your blog post on their blog entry - it's sort of like your blog telling someone else’s blog that you wrote an article mentioning them. Trackbacks often appear like comments.

This is a good technique because like leaving comments a trackback leaves a link from another blog back to yours for readers to follow, but it also does something very important - it gets the attention of another blogger. The other blogger will likely come and read your post eager to see what you wrote about them. They may then become a loyal reader of yours or at least monitor you and if you are lucky some time down the road they may do a post linking to your blog bringing in more new readers.

6. Encourage comments on your own blog. One of the most powerful ways to convince someone to become a loyal reader is to show there are other loyal readers already following your work. If they see people commenting on your blog then they infer that your content must be good since you have readers so they should stick around and see what all the fuss is about. To encourage comments you can simply pose a question in a blog post. Be sure to always respond to comments as well so you can keep the conversation going.

7. Submit your latest pillar article to a blog carnival. A blog carnival is a post in a blog that summarizes a collection of articles from many different blogs on a specific topic. The idea is to collect some of the best content on a topic in a given week. Often many other blogs link back to a carnival host and as such the people that have articles featured in the carnival often enjoy a spike in new readers. To find the right blog carnival for your blog, do a search for a Blog Carnival.

8. Submit your blog to a Blog Top Site. To be honest this tip is not going to bring in a flood of new readers but it's so easy to do and only takes five minutes so it's worth the effort. Go to the Blog Top Site, find the appropriate category for your blog and submit it. You have to copy and paste a couple of lines of code on to your blog so you can rank and then sit back and watch the traffic come in. You will probably only get 1-10 incoming readers per day with this technique but over time it can build up as you climb the rankings. It all helps!

9. Submit your articles to an Ezine Article. This is another tip that doesn’t bring in hundreds of new visitors immediately (although it can if you keep doing it) but it''s worthwhile because you simply leverage what you already have - your pillar articles. Once a week or so take one of your pillar articles and submit it to an Ezine Article. Your article then becomes available to other people who can republish your article on their website or in their newsletter.

How you benefit is through what is called your "Resource Box". You create your own resource box which is like a signature file where you include one to two sentences and link back to your website (or blog in this case). Anyone who publishes your article has to include your resource box so you get incoming links. If someone with a large newsletter publishes your article you can get a lot of new readers at once.

10. Write more pillar articles. Everything you do above will help you to find blog readers however all of the techniques I’ve listed only work when you have strong pillars in place. Without them if you do everything above you may bring in readers but they won’t stay or bother to come back. Aim for one solid pillar article per week and by the end of the year you will have a database of over 50 fantastic feature articles that will work hard for you to bring in more and more readers.

I hope you enjoyed my list of traffic tips. Everything listed above are techniques I’ve put into place myself for my blogs and have worked for me, however it's certainly not a comprehensive list. There are many more things you can do. Finding readers is all about testing to see what works best for you and your audience and I have no doubt if you put your mind to it you will find a balance that works for you.

This article was by Yaro Starak, a professional blogger and my blog mentor. In bad times, they crave new business opportunities. Today, we could soon be facing global recession - and tremendous worldwide opportunities for you.

The U.S. economy is cracking apart due to mortgage meltdowns and rising fuel costs (energy) that are causing great concern worldwide. Fears are that an American economic dive will hurt the entire world economy.

U.S. and worldwide, people are beginning to worry. Once they start worrying, they quit spending money. This "psychology of fear" fuels bigger recessions. I'm not saying there is going to be a depression, which is much worse than a recession. What I am predicting is higher unemployment and underemployment - good people forced to work for less money than their qualifications would warrant. Translated: pushed to work for trashcan wages.

When recession hits, those with any intelligence are going to scramble to find alternative sources of income. In their frantic searches, they are going to find that the best of all alternatives is Network Marketing.

Understanding the relationship between low-cost entrepreneurship and economics is important. During the past few years, the world economic boom has made people complacent. In the U.S., the jobless rate dropped to all-time lows of less than five percent. People had to be sick, lame, or lazy not to get a job. Hamburger flippers got higher-paying jobs, such as assembling computers, and their incomes rose. Rather than looking for an alternative to a job or seeking extra income, these folks sat around and watched television.

When recession hits, those with any intelligence are going to scramble to find alternative sources of income. In their frantic searches, they are going to find that the best alternative is MLM also known as Network Marketing.

The growth of several major Network Marketing companies operating during the recession of 1973-75 were not doing badly when the recession started, they had a fair amount of growth. However, when the recession came, they took off like rockets!

During the early 2000's recession (officially starting in November 2001), MLM company growth rates jumped higher than they were before the recession. This was due to two reasons:

(1) Fear leads people to new income sources and they WORK the opportunity, not watch TV.

(2) The doubt of the recession lingers in the minds of people so there is an "aftereffect".

During the recession companies grew an excited distributor base, recruiting more new people that lead to exponential growth.

Something to think about...

Happy Holidays!

I wanted to take time to wish all of my friends and associates the very best this holiday season. At a basic level it may be defined as marketing and selling products, person-to-person away from a fixed retail location. Sales are typically made through party plan and other personal contact arrangements. A text book definition is: "The direct personal presentation, demonstration, and sale of products and services to consumers, usually in their homes or at their jobs."

The industry is global and growing. Recent figures show almost fifty-five million people are involved and in 2007 it is estimated that worldwide retail sales accounted for more than US$111 Billion.

At its best, direct selling can be an opportunity for individuals to find fulfillment, express their entrepreneurial talents and gain financial independence. At its worst, it can become a kind of pyramid scheme.

Some direct selling associations, for example the Bundesverband Direktvertrieb Deutschland, the direct selling association of Germany, have given themselves codes of conduct which lead to a fair partnership both with customers and salesmen. Most of the national direct selling associations are represented in the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA).

Direct Selling is distinct from Direct Marketing because it is about individual sales agents reaching and dealing directly with clients. Direct Marketing is about business organisations seeking a relationship with their customers without going through an agent/consultant or retail oulet.
